Our aperitivo with Botivo is back, and just in time.
The blend that sold out over the summer has become a fixture in our delis and restaurants - served simply with ice, soda and a slice of lime, or used to make a negroni and other cocktails by our bar team.
This non-alcoholic aperitivo brings together our favourite aromatics with Botivo's botanical blend. Black lime for gentle sourness, cardamom for warmth, while rose and pomegranate molasses give bright, fruity notes. All of these sit beautifully with Botivo's gentian root and honey base.
